Create a world where improving your health feels achievable

Everlong is more than a nutrition company. It’s a mission to create lasting health and confidence. Our success is measured by long-term impact, helping patients feel more in control, reduce stress, and improve their health over time.

All you need to feel in control of your health and confident in your body

Build momentum with small changes that stick

Progress doesn’t come from changing everything at once. It comes from small changes you can stick with that lead to real gains in how you feel each day.

Designed to fit into the life you’re already living

Your nutrition should support your life, not compete with it. When it aligns with your schedule and preferences, it’s easier to follow without pressure.

This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about building habits that carry into your energy, relationships, work, and life so you feel more in control and confident over time.

report a healthier relationship with food

“We believe everyone has the ability to become the healthiest version of themselves...

...and live a long, full life. But most nutrition programs miss the hardest part, actually making it stick. Most people aren't lacking information. They're struggling because no one is addressing the behaviors behind how and why they eat. That's what drives everything we do at Everlong, helping you build small, sustainable habits that fit your real life.”

“I have been meeting with Kassy Reid for a couple of months now, and I can’t recommend her enough. Talking about food can be really tricky because it is so personal, but I have found a safe space with her. I have been feeling so much better about myself and my relationship with food.”

What are the qualifications of a registered dietitian?

Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs) are recognized food and nutrition experts who meet strict academic and professional requirements. These include earning a degree in nutrition or dietetics, completing 1,200 hours of supervised practice, and passing a national exam. All Everlong dietitians are RDNs and maintain their credentials through ongoing continuing education.

Will I meet with the same registered dietitian each time?

Yes. You’ll work with the same dietitian so they can understand your habits, patterns, and progress over time. If you ever feel it’s not the right fit, we can find you a better fit quickly.

What should I expect during my first session with my registered dietitian?

Your first session is a conversation, not a lecture. We’ll go through your eating habits, health goals, lifestyle, and anything that’s been holding you back. You’ll leave with a clear, realistic plan you can actually follow.

How often will I meet with my registered dietitian?

Most patients meet weekly at the start to build momentum and consistency. From there, sessions can be adjusted based on your goals, schedule, and progress.

Is a registered dietitian and a nutritionist the same? What are the differences?

No. Registered dietitians (RDNs) are licensed healthcare professionals with formal training, clinical experience, and national certification. “Nutritionist” is not regulated in many areas, so qualifications can vary widely.

What if I’ve tried diets or programs before and nothing worked?

That’s exactly who this is for. Most diets fail because they focus on short-term rules instead of long-term behavior change. We focus on fixing the underlying habits and patterns so progress actually sticks.

Will I need to follow a strict diet or cut out foods I enjoy?

No. We don’t use restrictive diets or all-or-nothing plans. You’ll build flexible habits that fit your life, so you can still enjoy the foods you like while making real progress.
