These include earning a degree in nutrition or dietetics, completing 1,200 hours of supervised practice, and passing a national exam. All Everlong dietitians are RDNs and maintain their credentials through ongoing continuing education.
Yes. You’ll work with the same dietitian so they can understand your habits, patterns, and progress over time. If you ever feel it’s not the right fit, we can find you a better fit quickly.
Your first session is a conversation, not a lecture. We’ll go through your eating habits, health goals, lifestyle, and anything that’s been holding you back. You’ll leave with a clear, realistic plan you can actually follow.
Most patients meet weekly at the start to build momentum and consistency. From there, sessions can be adjusted based on your goals, schedule, and progress.
No. Registered dietitians (RDNs) are licensed healthcare professionals with formal training, clinical experience, and national certification. “Nutritionist” is not regulated in many areas, so qualifications can vary widely.
That’s exactly who this is for. Most diets fail because they focus on short-term rules instead of long-term behavior change. We focus on fixing the underlying habits and patterns so progress actually sticks.
No. We don’t use restrictive diets or all-or-nothing plans. You’ll build flexible habits that fit your life, so you can still enjoy the foods you like while making real progress.
