Once you refer your patient to Everlong, we will contact them within 24 hours to get scheduled.
Everlong dietitians see patients of all ages, starting from children aged 10 to older adults. We provide tailored nutrition counseling to meet the unique needs of each age group, ensuring that everyone receives the appropriate support for their health and wellness goals.
Yes, we send patients’ chart notes to their referring providers for collaborative care. If you would like to receive these notes more regularly, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

No, registered dietitians are not licensed to prescribe or manage medications. Everlong dietitians specialize in medical nutrition therapy, providing personalized nutrition counseling. For medication management, we recommend working in conjunction with the patient's physician or another licensed medical provider. We believe in a collaborative care approach and are happy to work alongside your team to provide the best possible outcomes for your patients.
